The Club is the full Signature Detail, on repeat. Choose your frequency and every visit is the member rate of $135 instead of the $175 one-time price, on a roster we keep intentionally small.

What we collect

When you apply or book a service we collect your name, address, vehicle details, and the contact info you provide (phone or email). We use this only to schedule and perform your service and to send you service-related updates.

How we use it

Your information is used to route our technicians to your location, confirm appointments, and communicate changes. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Communications

We may contact you by text or email to confirm bookings, notify you of schedule changes, or send service reminders. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active and for a reasonable period after cancellation for record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us directly.

Service

DRIVEWAY. provides mobile vehicle care in the Tampa, FL area. Services are performed at your registered address during an agreed-upon time window. We bring all equipment and supplies.

Membership & billing

Membership renews monthly. You authorize recurring charges at the rate agreed at sign-up. Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Cancellation

Club plans require 30 days notice to cancel, with no penalty. Cancellations take effect 30 days after notice, at the end of that billing period. Contact us directly to cancel.

Rescheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule visits due to weather or operational circumstances. We will notify you promptly and reschedule at no charge.

Vehicle condition

Our technicians will note any pre-existing damage before beginning service. DRIVEWAY. is not liable for damage that pre-dates the service visit.

Access

You are responsible for ensuring our technician can access your vehicle at the scheduled time. Missed visits due to access issues may count toward your monthly allotment.
